Microsoft 365 automatically backs up your personal and business data when you use OneDrive or SharePoint.
We also implement third party back ups to ensure that even if your account is lost, stolen, destroyed or hacked and ransomed you still have full access to your organisations data.
Cyber Security
Using Microsoft Defender, a software protecting your data against viruses, ransomware, trojans and other malware, we can monitor and mitigate your security threats.

Choice Support Plus were using Microsoft 365 Family but found they were unable to restrict permission to sensitive and confidential files. This was an issue when there were a lot of confidential information stored within the business.
We moved them to Microsoft Business, set up staff permissions and moved their data to SharePoint. This also included setting up backups using OneDrive for each user. WHERE DO WE SAVE OUR INFORMATION?
Using Microsoft SharePoint, you can save organisational-wide documents and access this information from any device (with access) acting as an Intranet for the business.
Users can save their own information in OneDrive which is also backed up online for safety and security.
DOES OUR DATA GET BACKED UP?
Using our third-party backup, even if your Microsoft 365 backup fails, there is an outside data backup as a failsafe. Data is backed up six (6) times a day and can be restored from any date in the past.
HOW GOOD ARE MICROSOFT SURFACE PROS?
There are various devices with varied capabilities so you can be sure that there is something for everyone in your team.
Surfaces can dock into workstations so your work is displayed on multiple monitors in a desktop-like setup. If you are travelling, these devices are ultra-portable, and lightweight and can be used as either a laptop or a tablet. This eliminates the need to purchase a tablet, laptop, AND desktop computer.
Since these devices are optimised for Microsoft 365 use, the camera is designed for Microsoft Teams, quickly and easily backed up, and replaced, eliminating data loss and downtime.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE NEED ANOTHER DEVICE?
We'll send you a new Microsoft Surface, and when the user turns it on, it'll preload all of its user-specific settings.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WHEN MY COMPUTER BREAKS?
After purchasing a new Microsoft Surface, your user settings and data will be automatically restored to the new device!
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE LEAVES MY BUSINESS?
Let us know and we'll lock their access to the device remotely. We can then reassign their data to another user and restore the Surface to be used by somebody else.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A DEVICE IS LOST?
If a device is lost, we can lock it remotely and nobody will be able to access it. We'll send out a new device and all data and user settings will be automatically restored.
HOW DOES ANTIVIRUS WORK?
We manage your cyber security with Microsoft Defender. It's made for Microsoft 365 use and allows us to monitor your security threats.
WHAT IS MICROSOFT TEAMS?
Teams allow you to manage a collaborative online work environment, utilising to-do lists, bookings, planners, messaging, phone calls and video meetings.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM?
Give us a call. Most problems can be fixed remotely, with equipment failure being the exception. Equipment failure is dealt with by replacing the device and restoring the user settings and data backup.
